Corporate Quality & People Development Specialist (M/F/d)

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Support in developing Operational Excellence with operational trainings and coachings on the spot
- Developing and improving our Brand Standards and our Falkensteiner quality strategy (“QEE”)
- Accompanying the service teams during the pre-openings (seasonal, re
- and new openings) to set standards, train the team members, help to design and evaluate trial feeds
- Support a sustainable implementation of new restaurant concepts together with the F&B Corporate Team in the operational rollout phase
- Hands-on mentality for new and re-openings to anchor the defined workflow in a sustainable manner
- Constantly improving and enhancing learning content, developing the Falkensteiner digital learning strategy
- Support the Director Quality, People Development & Operational Excellence & Team in conceptual & administrative tasks
- Ensuring all training activities are recorded and documented correctly
- Internal communication of Quality and People Development activities
- Internal audits based on our Quality Assessment Report

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum of 3 years operational work experience within in the hotel industry (at least in a junior leading position in the F&B Service Department)
- Pedagogic Skills, a passion for training and employee development
- Multilingual skills: proficiency in German and English mandatory, Italian or Croatian of advantage
- Strong service mentality and customer focus
- “Can do” and “Going the extra mile” attitude
- Highly responsible, reliable, structured and quality conscious
- Creative and “Out of the box” thinking
- High willingness to travel and driving license

For this full-time position, we offer a monthly gross salary of € 2.500,-. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible.
