**Head of Corporate Customers - “Digital” Industry (f/m/x)**:

- Our Corporate Customers division enables the RBIs vision/mission/values by managing relationships with domestic and multinational large corporates in Austria. **Your mission at RBI**:

- Leadership of a concise team of senior experts.
- Be a role model for agile working and contributing to the definition of “agility” in Corporate Customers division.
- Define, shape, and execute the strategic framework and business plans for the "Digital" industry, monitoring main players, identifying customer needs, and strategizing client acquisition and banking potential.
- Represent the division at events and in front of customers as an industry expert.
- Support the development of industry expertise and be a sparring partner for department leaders.
- Oversee the economic and financial status of managed customers, maintaining close contact with decision-makers, and providing high-quality customer support and best practice banking services.

***Your core competencies**:

- University Degree, ideally in Economics and Business Administration or relevant experience
- Experience in a leadership role, fostering growth mindset and future
- and digital-minded thinking
- Experience in corporate banking and/or in the digital industry, ideally in a leadership position with sound understanding of economic matters and overview of corporate and investment banking products
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, good communicator
- Fluency in English
