For this role we are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in business development, sales operations, and outbound strategies, focusing on scaling B2B operations for scale-ups. Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) and being proficient in managing end-to-end processes for driving growth and expansion in specialized tech verticals are rounding out the ideal profile.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development & Expansion:

- Manage the expansion and operations of business development efforts, focusing on scaling B2B operations.
- Successfully increase the sales pipeline, driving substantial growth across specialized tech verticals.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to penetrate untapped markets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Sales Operations & Outbound Strategy:

- Design and implement outbound sales strategies, leading our research team to identify and target potential customers.
- Coordinate closely with partners and clients to achieve seamless integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Optimize sales processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and ensuring alignment with the company's growth goals.

Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead the research team, overseeing the development and execution of customer identification processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between teams, ensuring cohesive and aligned efforts across all areas.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine sales strategies, enhancing the effectiveness of outbound campaigns.
