Head of Crypto Growth

We are looking for a Head of Crypto Growth to join the Paysafe team and take full responsibility for driving future revenue growth for Skrill/Neteller crypto trading business.

What you’ll do:

- Represent Paysafe at events and conferences
- Create country focussed business models and forecast operational performance metrics
- Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams for developing marketing campaigns, product improvements
- Localizing product, UI, UX according to specific market needs
- Support institutional clients in other Paysafe crypto related functions
- Build partnerships for marketing, new digital assets
- Develop and present business cases for introducing new products, services
- Develop market specific strategy and tactical plan to enable further growth
- Leverage data and local competitive insights to present recommendations for market growth

What we’re looking for:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services/fintech/consulting/high-performance environment
- You have experience creating and implementing market specific growth strategies
- You have a hands-on mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
