Growth and Sales Officer D-A-CH – Crypto Prepaid Gift Cards

As we embark on an exciting expansion across the D-A-CH region, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth and Sales Account Officer in the Prepaid Gift Card Industry to drive our success.

Role Overview:

As the D-A-CH Growth and Sales Officer, your primary focus will be on acquiring new large retailer partners for our successful Prepaid Cryptonow Gift Cards. Our product has been awarded 7 times for innovation, design and quality, and we are now entering the next growth and expansion phase in the prepaid gift cards industry. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and continuing our growth trajectory in the D-A-CH region. Key responsibilities include business development and account management, ensuring our innovative products are accessible to a growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the D-A-CH region.
• Acquire new large retailer partners, enhancing the distribution network of Cryptonow Bitcoin Voucher and Topup Cards.
• Manage and nurture relationships with retail partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase the distribution and visibility of our products.
• Work closely with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales at points of sale.
• Represent Cryptonow at gift card industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and expand our network.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive awareness and sales of Cryptonow Voucher Cards.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners and consumers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the retail gift card / prepaid cards industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large retailer partners in the retail consumer sector.
• Strong understanding of the D-A-CH market and its retail landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong emotional and people skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region as needed.
