Our People and Culture team is looking for your support in the area of Learning & Development over the span of two years and for 19 hours per week. We offer you an opportunity to gain insights into all areas within Learning and Development being part of our international L&D team with inspiring, helpful and humorous colleagues. Your place of work will be in our Head Office in Vienna.

**In this position, you will**:

- Support local and international trainings and events (Training coordination, eg. Venue management, participation management, Data entries, ) in close cooperation with our Learning & Development specialists all over Europe, especially in Austria and Belgium.
- Support our Talent Programmes for Leaders and Experts
- Gain valuable insights into our IT-tool "SAP SuccessFactors Learning" by doing data entries, data quality checks and clean-ups.
- Support international Learning & Development projects.
- Manage training invoices, maintain our L&D Sharepoint sites and support in other administrative tasks.

**About you**:

- You are currently studying Business Administration (preferably on Master level with an HR focus) or pursue a similar field of education and like to work in an international environment where respectful and collaborative teamwork is important.
- You are keen on showing initiative and proving your organizational talent.
- You are customer-oriented, self-engaged, supportive with a proactive working style.
- You like to work with IT systems, have good knowledge of MS Office products and are eager to learn new tools.
- You possess excellent written and oral skills in English (our corporate language) as well as in German.

**About Borealis and our offer**:
Following Austrian law regulations, we offer competitive compensation based on the applicable collective labour agreement of EUR 26.880;
- annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week).
