We are currently seeking a Global Learning System Administrator, who will be responsible to run our Learning Management System and act as Point Of Contact for our facility site.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Manage and support the administrative and technical aspects of our Learning Management Systems (we use Cornerstone and Absorb), including creating curriculums, testing, deploying, maintaining and reporting on learning content through the LMS

Function as quality administrator to ensure appropriate user rights and controls, perform User Acceptance Testing, ensure appropriate system configuration and maintenance of the Company’s Quality System software solutions

Establish and maintain custom user groups, drive resolution to system/user issues, as well as improvements and enhancements

Liaise with local trainers to effectively manage training for both internal and external customers

Serve as the Vienna Learning Center point of contact, maintaining a professional learning environment

Extract, analyze, report data and make recommendations based on gaps, best practices, improvements or enhancements, needed to ensure that business processes maintain performances levels and evolve in compliance with changes in regulatory and business

Manage multiple projects/ competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; establishes project tasks and timelines and held accountable to them

Capture and report on IT Compliance data and metrics for management review and other organizational forums; review corporate IT policy changes and evaluate for compliance impact

Gather and understand quality data metric requirements for reporting needs; support business functions and statistical processing

Clarify quality of business data and analytical issues, helping to develop appropriate solutions

Assist with paperwork required for trainees to attain visas

**The required qualifications for the job include**:
Bachelor’s degree and some years of experience in the role, even better if with Learning Management Systems

Experience with User Acceptance Testing and Execution

Demonstrate skills in root cause investigation and problem solving

Critical thinking skills and good judgment working in an independent environment

Fluent German

Available to travel up to 10% when necessary
