Zur Verstärkung unseres motivierten **Talent Management Teams **im Headquarter in Wien suchen wir eine*n **Learning Management System Specialist (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf SAP SuccessFactors.**

**Deine Rolle**:

- Zusammen mit Eva, Rachel und Michelle bist du HR-seitig für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP SuccessFactors Moduls "Learning" verantwortlich
- Du designest ein gruppenweites "State of the Art" Learning Management und gestaltest erlebbare Lernmöglichkeiten nach den Bedürfnissen der Mitarbeiter*innen und des Business
- Du definierst in Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg*innen aus den Ländern die Prozesse von innovativen Learning-Systemlösungen, natürlich mit Unterstützung unserer IT-Kolleg*innen und unserer Implementierungspartner*innen
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung und Schulung von Key-Usern, unterstützt durch ein erfahrenes Team
- Als aktives Teammitglied unterstützt du auch bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung verschiedenster Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP SuccessFactors und Berufserfahrung im Learning & Development
- Dein organisatorisches Talent, deine Hands-on-Mentalität und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise machen dich zum Perfect-Fit
- Im Projektmanagement arbeitest du vorausschauend und kannst sowohl gruppenweite wie auch internationale Prozesse verstehen, digitalisieren und dadurch erlebbar machen
- Du bist ein*e Teamplayer*in und bringst ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und sozialer Kompetenz mit
- Du beherrschst als Kommunikationstalent Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C-Level)

**Unser Angebot**:

Für diese Position starten wir mit einer Zielvergütung ab € 60.000;
- brutto all in auf Vollzeitbasis, eine Überzahlung nach individuellem Profil und Berufserfahrung ist selbstverständlich sowie eine Erfolgsprämie.
