**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You will ensure fast and continuous processing of all Sales related process (standard and non-standard) and automize customer related reports
- You will handle accurate and timely processing of all transactions
- You will align and liaise with customers, authorities, and internal partners during the sales process, esp. on administrative matters
- In this position you will acts as the key back-office interface between sales and all relevant divisions
- You will support the offering and contract process (tender calculations, collate offers, set up contracts, etc.)
- You will implement and invoices sales contracts in related IT systems, carry out month-end closing activities and end of day sales activities
- You will prepare and establish sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- You will check and produce incoming and outgoing invoices as well as produce incoming and outgoing nettings

**Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree Informatics/Business Informatics, Economics and Finance with first relevant professional experience or a High School degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- You are organized with an affinity to reporting and IT
- You like to work in a team and with different stakeholders
- You are fluent in Hungarian, German and English
