We're currently hiring a Solution Architect in our Sales Support team in a rapidly growing healthcare market

In this strategic role you will be responsible for partnering with the International Healthcare Sales team to achieve success in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You will be working in a rapidly growing business executing crucial work such as the development of pricing, proposals, tender responses, financials (both internal and external), Professional Services SOW’s, customer contracts and quotes.

In this role you will:

- Partner with the sales team to structure and optimise deals
- Generate sales quotes/deal proposals to the sales team.
- Support and lead tender responses in cooperation with our RFP team:

- Handling communication with procurement, document submission, agreement of internal deadlines and task ownership with contributors, alongside all of the commercial approvals required to submit a timely proposal.
- Support and harmonize the internal deal approval process.
- Plan and implement projects that support the sales organization.
- Support and manage the evaluation/pilot process.
- Perform tasks related to securing and maintaining the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for.
- Manage Supplier/Vendor certification forms from our partner companies.
- Manage CMS requests in cooperation with internal stakeholders

You should have:

- Fluency in German & English both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in the HC market and/or the sales and admin functions in a SaaS company
- An ability to deliver high quality work while at the same time meeting aggressive deadlines.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment requiring a flexible work schedule during peak times
- Be attentive to all of our internal and external customers; anticipate and/or identify their needs and concerns.
- Self-starter
- Good MS Office skills.

Preferred but not essential skills:

- Previous Sales Support, Sales Operations, Inside Sales or similar experience would be advantageous
- Experience in responding to tenders or RFPs is very beneficial.
- Additional languages: French, Spanish or Dutch
- Tools knowledge: SFDC or other CRM.

Darüber hinaus tragen Sie, mit der Erstellung interner Nuance-Metriken und -Analysen, dazu bei nachgelagerte Prozesse für Finance, Order Management und Fulfillment voranzutreiben, um einen nahtlosen End-to-End-Prozess zu unterstützten.

In dieser Rolle werden Sie:

- Zusammen mit dem Sales Team Deals strukturieren und optimieren
- Als Deal Manager andere Funktionen hinzuziehen
- Beratend zur Seite stehen um das best mmögliche Ergebniss für Kunden und Nuance zu erzielen
- Angebote erstellen
- Das beinhaltet alle Discounts zu brechnen und eventuelle Ausnahmen mit den Verantwortlichen abzusprechen und die Genehmigung einzuholen.
- Auschreibungen bearbeiten und ein multifunktionales team koordinieren:

- Interne Kommunication
- Verantwortlichkeit alle Informationen/Antworten in der vorgegebenen Zeit zusammen zu tragen und in dem Master Dokument zusammen zu führen
- Die Dokumente von unserem Legal Team überprüfen und unterschreiben zu lassen
- Die finale Ausschreibung fristgerecht einzureichen.
- An einer ständingen Verbesserung der Prozesse und Tools mitarbeiten
- An diversen Verträgen mit unseren Kunden arbeiten (keine juristische Ausbildung erforderlich) und diese mit den internen Teams koordinieren

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse mündlich wie auch schriftlich
- Ein Minimum von 2 Jahren Erfahrung im Gesundheiteswesen, oder Sales Support bei einer Firma mit Fokus auf SaaS
- Genaues und verlässliches arbeiten auch unter Druck
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Anpassungsfähigkeit und Kreativität um den sich ändernden Anforderungen nachzukommen
- Guter Teamplayer mit Fokus auf interne wie auch externe Kunden
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten um Spitzenzeiten abzudecken

Wünschenswert wäre noch:

- Erfahrung in ählichen rollen wie Sales Support, Sales Ops oder Inside Sales
- Erfahrung bei der beantwortung von Ausschreibungen
- Arbeiten und koordinieren von Teams
