In your role you will support administration duties and local/regional projects and tasks providing consistent, informative, and accurate information within the communications function, with a focus on the following:
**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for supporting the management and retention of our existing agent network as well as new agent onboarding across Germany and Austria.
- You will be the main support contact for our Sales Team colleagues.
- E-mail correspondence and outbound calls with different types of customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Zoom meetings with Sales Support colleagues and supporting teams to ensure fast problem-resolution, smooth operation, and continuous process improvement.

**Role Requirements**
- For this role, you must possess at least a high school degree. A university degree is preferred. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in the German and English language. Additional languages are a plus.
- We need you to have relevant experience in reporting, ideally within the B2B services sector and a real passion for excellence in customer service.
- You are a team player and can establish effective relationships and partnerships with ease.
- You are strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
