You will be responsible for improving the performance of our existing agent network across the central European region (Germany & Austria). As an important contact for our Sales team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Agent Network. We’ll look to you for retention of our agents as well as for new agent Onboarding. You will be involved in various stages of the sales process, assisting with reporting, settlement solution onboarding, marketing support, compliance, and other various agent maintenance activities.

We’ll need you to have some experience working with customers preferably in a sales or customer service environment, as well as having an outgoing and driven personality. You must enjoy making outbound calls and interacting with different types of customers and have a strong inner drive to constantly exceed targets within a dynamic team. Language skills are important as you’ll need to speak German to a high level and have good understanding of English. Any additional languages, such as Turkish would be welcomed.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 36,703.66 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
