Role and Responsibilities
Sales Support Specialist
Location: Warszawa, ul. Postępu 14
Work mode: hybrid (3 days office : 2 days home)
Your role will include:
- Daily work with our Sales Team, Product Managers, Supply Chain and Order Desk team to support driving sales plans for Display Business in Poland.
- Support for the sales department in the implementation of sales operations based on applicable processes and procedures.
- Implementation and updating of projects to Sales Force Systems aimed at improving processes as well as KPIs.
- Analysis of data, sales as well as the recommendation of improvements and making changes
- Support for the sales department in the preparation and processing of marketing support projects for partners and clients.
- Support for the sales department in partners' registration processes, samples renting from the SBSS program, preparation of internal documents (e.g. NDA)
- Current cooperation with: sales, product management and marketing team.
- 2-3 years of experience in working in a similar position in an international organization,
- Experience in cooperation with corporate clients.
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and in writing,
- Knowledge of Excel in an advanced degree
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- High analytical skills and problems solving skills
- Passion for team work - there's no important skill than that at Samsung

Skills and Qualifications
- A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
- May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
- Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- May mentor or coach team members
- Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
