**Our business**

**Your role**:

- In this position you advise and assist group companies with transfer pricing design, implementation, compliance and documentation in an cross-border setting.
- You implement group-wide standards and guidance to ensure tax transfer pricing compliance of OMV Group.
- You identify and analyze intercompany transactions from a transfer pricing perspective for analysis and documentation purposes.
- You ensure accurate and timely preparation of central transfer pricing documentation and facilitate implementation of local transfer pricing documentation measures.
- You advise on and manage Advance Pricing Agreements and dispute desolution measures.
- You steer and promote cross-functional co-operation and effectiveness to optimize major transfer pricing compliant processes.
- You monitor updates (e.g. tax law changes in complex transfer pricing environment, corporate changes, business changes) to timely initiate and manage the proper implementation of new legal provisions with high impact into the tax transfer pricing processes.
- You proactively suggest improvements (including but not limited to digitalization, simplification, risk management, internal control system (ICS)) for all transfer pricing processes.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Finance, Tax or Law.
- At least 7 years professional experience.
- Profound knowledge of all relevant transfer pricing regulations.
- Specific know-how of oil and gas transfer pricing is an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills in multi-functional and international teams.
- Excellent English and German skills.
