The Senior Legal Advisor is actively involved in the whole Acquisition and Development process of our industrial park properties. He is responsible to cover the legal part to secure land, structuring acquisition processed, preparing LOI’s, option agreements, SPA’s and rent agreements.

The Senior Legal Advisor is actively involved in the whole Acquisition and Development process of our industrial park properties. He is responsible to cover the legal part to secure land, structuring acquisition processed, preparing LOI’s, option agreements, SPA’s and rent agreements. All of which in close cooperation with our colleagues from M&A and legal department in Prague headquarter. Moreover, he will be closely involved in all business development activities such as land and property acquisition, leasing activities and all kind of negotiation processes.
- **Legal Advisory**
- Prepares LOI’s, Option Agreements, Sale&Purchase Agreement for land and property acquisition
- Gives advise to all kind of negotiations in relation to our organization CTP Austria from a legal perspective
- Actively takes part in negotiation processes with land owners, tenants and other parties
- **Acquisitions and M&A**
- Identify suitable acquisition targets, whereby CTP is interested in acquisition of rental income producing facilities / sale & lease back transactions
- Takes responsibility over M&A processes in all kind of acquisitions (land and standing investments)
- **Business Development**
- Due to our small team structure, the Senior Legal Advisor, according to his preferences and availability, will also get opportunity to grow in the field of Business Development.
- Supports Business Development in land acquisition, leasing activities and after Sales activities from a commercial point of view. Securing business for our portfolio to grow.
- **Build and maintain a network of contacts**
- Working closely with our Prague headquarter

**Our requirements**
- Bachelor or Master university degree in law
- Previous experience in similar position and real estate is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Representative, dynamic and result oriented person with strong drive, perfect communication and commercial skills
- Flexibility; very good negotiations and analytic skills
- Ambitious person who “wants to win”
