Your territory

**As part of our Design team, you will**:
Work with an international, diverse and creative team
Organize, curate and steward folders and files within a DAM software
Work with key stakeholders across the company to analyze the performance of creative design and experiment with data-driven solutions that help meet business goals (specifically conversion and brand awareness)
Manage vendor or agency relationships for print collateral and/or digital assets
Occasionally direct and assist in the execution of photoshoots with in-house photographers or external agencies
Work closely with our Product Designers to ensure a consistent look and feel everywhere, and maintain a shared design system in Figma
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
Multi-channel marketing design experience
A stellar portfolio that demonstrates an elevated design aesthetic and a thoughtful, creative and problem-solving approach
Experienced with Figma and Adobe CC
Believer in creating scalable design systems and asset libraries to ensure efficiency
Ability to thrive and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and confident in your work
Problem-solver and consensus-builder
Able to take in diverse feedback and produce and defend design solutions that meet overarching project goals
Strategic thinking that goes beyond the visuals
Very good English skills
