About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for shaping customer-centric products and experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is €75,000 gross, with opportunities for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product designs that align with our company's vision and values. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to design and deliver high-quality products.
  • Leading design initiatives and projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in product design, preferably in an enterprise software company or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A can-do attitude, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to scale up to meet business demands.
