About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Global Experience Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product experience is coherent, cohesive, and consistent across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric product experience and build more predictable cross-journey experiences
  • Support cross-solution product experience design initiatives and contribute to strategic projects
  • Align with organizational leadership to develop and implement a unified strategy
  • Mentor and guide designers to enable them to operate autonomously

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in product design experience, preferably at enterprise software companies
  • Matured product experience design skills and expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, solution-oriented approach, and ability to scale within a fast-growing environment
  • High drive, conflict resolution skills, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and collaboration skills

What We Offer

We offer attractive compensation packages, stock purchase options, and numerous benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 75,000 gross per year (based on full-time), with opportunities for higher salaries based on qualifications and experience.

We also provide relocation support to our R&D Headquarters in Linz, Austria, ranked among the top seven most sustainable cities in the world.
