Role Overview
- You will lead the development of a coherent, cohesive, and consistent product experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive customer-centric product experience initiatives to create more predictable cross-journey experiences.
- Support cross-solution product experience design projects and collaborate with strategic teams.
- Align organizational leadership to work towards a unified strategy.
- Develop the design organization forward by collaborating with UX management and internal partners.
- Grow the Design & Experience department by collaborating with talent acquisition, HR, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously.
- Live and support Dynatrace's culture and values.
Requirements
- You have hands-on experience in product design for many years.
- Solid product experience and design skills matured by working in enterprise software product companies or highly mature design organizations.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and collaboration skills to help the team bring a product shine.
- A can-do attitude with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach, able to work in a fast-growing environment while thinking strategically.
- High drive, ability to deal with conflicts, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, with strong cross-department collaboration.
What We Offer

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
