We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages. The estimated annual salary for this position is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time), with opportunities for higher salaries in line with qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Product Experience Designer at Dynatrace Austria GmbH, you will lead the design of cutting-edge graph-based analytics apps that redefine how users visualize, analyze, and understand dependencies in complex datasets at an unmatched scale. Your expertise will set benchmarks for interaction and usability in mission-critical applications central to our platform's evolution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design System and Data Visualization, to enhance the overall platform experience. Examine user flows and product requirements holistically, balancing system performance with design goals. Deliver top-notch user experiences from start to finish.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems. A proven track record of UX design, visual communications, and interface creation is essential. You must be fluent in designing for web as canvas, prototyping dev-ready interactions and interfaces, and prioritizing accessibility.
