**About the role**

Our Operations Analyst (f/m/d) at ready2order is a full or part time role where you can refine your skills in a business environment that is highly volatile and offers new opportunities every day. Step up and be at the vanguard of change Help us provide the best experience to our customers by taking ownership.

Be part of an Austrian FinTech scale-up work with our Operations teams. Working on cross functional projects will give you insights into different areas of the business (Sales, Back-Office, Customer Success and Logistics/Supply Chain).

You will report to and work closely with the Head of Operations. On a daily basis you collaborate with different team members from all Operations departments while working independently on your own projects.

**What you will do**
- Lending a helping hand to key assignments from Sales, CS, BO and Logistics
- Research tasks regarding the DACH market and other future markets
- Conducting "audits" for different client-facing departments (sales mistery shopping)
- Support with the Quality Assurance of our 1st line agents to increase customer satisfation
- Support other operations departments to review and improve internal processes
- Collaborate with other working students on different cross-functional projects
- Work on business cases in Excel/ Google sheet and present them to employees, managers and key stakeholders across the business
- Get the opportunity to talk with our merchants and evaluate how we can make them happier customers

- Fluent in German and English

The entry salary for this position is EUR 40.000 gross per year. Of course, we are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualification and experience.
