- Einteilung der Mitarbeiter:innen innerhalb der Schicht (Arbeitsplatz, Pausenzeiten, etc.)
- Aktive Führung von bis zu 30 Mitarbeitern
- Einweisung von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen, Zeitarbeitspersonal, Ferialarbeiter:innen
- Laufende Schulung des Teams zu neuen Qualitätsvorgaben und Abläufen
- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Einleitung etwaiger Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Dokumentation zur Fertigungssteuerung (Fertigungspapiere, digitales Schichtbuch, etc.)
- Koordination der Materialversorgung mit Planung und Logistik
- Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur Produktivitätssteigerung

**Ihr Profil**
- Technische Ausbildung wünschenswert
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der produzierenden Industrie von Vorteil
- verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- vorhandene Führungskompetenz
