to the masses. This role can be an internship or working student position ranging from 16 - 40 hours

Product Management Intern

Our offer to you

As a Product Management Intern (f/m/d), you will work with our Product team to build exciting new
features for our suite of digital B2C products. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will:

- Support the team in developing concepts, user stories, and defining the most important

requirements to help build new features - you’ll also be part of testing which will give you great
insights and end-to-end responsibilities.
- Act as an interface between tech and business - if you haven’t gained experience in working

directly with engineers yet, you’ll learn a lot about digital product development and agile
methodologies.
- Come up with new ideas to optimize the product, especially our conversion rate as one of our key

metrics - the best ideas make it onto our product roadmap.
- Put yourself in the position of our users to develop an optimized user experience
- Be creative creating wireframes and work together with our Product Designers who will turn

them into beautiful mockups.
- Help us manage our Product Backlog and gain experience in other Product Owner-related tasks.
- If you want the responsibility: Be the owner of your own projects supporting the team in reaching

our quarterly OKRs.

16-40 hours per week (f/m/d)

What you bring & what will make you successful

with a great team.
- You have an educational background in business, engineering, psychology or something cool that

usually doesn’t make those lists.
- You’ve worked in fast-paced environments before (growth startups, VCs, consulting etc.) and have

some interesting stories to tell.
- You do not hesitate to get your hands dirty (self-starter mindset), and you enjoy learning new

things & solving problems.
- You are structured, critical, and not afraid to have an unpopular opinion - you like presenting

your own ideas.
- You are not super annoyed when priorities sometimes change on a short notice.
- You are fluent in either German or English - preferably both, but not a must.
- Ideally, you have experience in working with some of the following tools: Jira, Confluence,

Balsamiq, Figma.
