We are looking for a highly motivated working student in performance marketing (M/F/d) to support our international marketing team with managing and growing our major online marketing channels. **Your areas of responsibility**:

- Support experienced performance marketeers in managing and growing our main marketing channels such as Google Ads, Criteo, Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest etc...)
- Take responsibility in analyzing and evaluating existing marketing campaigns and give well-founded recommendations
- Look for opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns
- Execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns to support our marketing goals

**Your profile**:

- Initial working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and readiness to take the extra mile
- Rapid comprehension and will to master online marketing
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Understanding of widely used KPIs and you are proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance
- Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Salary: working student (FT): EUR 1.900 brutto + overpayment depending on experience
