**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced People Manager for our Supply Quality Team at the Vienna plant. In this role, you´ll lead a team of experts and you will have to implement the Supplier Quality elements in alignment with global procedures.

You will interact with stakeholders within Takeda´s Vienna manufacturing site as well as within the Plasma Operating Unit (OpU).

Excellent communication and networking skills, stress resistance, handling multiple projects/topics at the same time as well as the ability to prioritize appropriately are key for this position.

**How you will contribute**:

- Lead and develop a team of 5 Supplier Quality experts
- Assure compliance of Vienna Supplier Quality with international guidelines and Takeda Global Quality Standards
- Partner with global Supplier Quality function for the further development of internal standards
- Maintenance of existing suppliers and qualification of new suppliers worldwide working for the manufacturing site in Vienna according to the Takeda internal business process (paper audits, quality agreements, supplier changes,)
- Prepare and maintain quality agreements
- Support material deviations for the Vienna plant and evaluate investigations performed by the supplier
- Develop and maintain material specifications for the Vienna plant
- Support of the manufacturing site Vienna in case of questions concerning suppliers (problem solving, monitoring, complaints)
- Support the preparation of authority audits and represent the Supplier Quality processes at such audits
- KPI Reporting

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in natural sciences or engineering.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of the global regulatory environment in at least one of the following areas: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices or a related field
- Excellent change management and people management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience required
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Good communication skills in German are desirable
- Persistence and negotiation skills
