This role is responsible for defining the strategy and ensuring its implementation towards our digital direct-to-customer journey for our Samsung product world in Austria.

Achieving our ambitious growth targets in our digital channels by ensuring smooth collaboration with the digital communications team, which is sitting under this role’s responsibility. Ensuring a ONE Samsung experience and driving excellence in our digital product world.

Leading a team of multidisciplinary and diverse professionals to develop our Digital & DTC teams, targets, and topics.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you
- are heading the Department Owned Digital Channels & DTC (Direct to Customer) for AT
- DTC AT (eCommerce)
- ensure consistent brand messaging across all owned channel digital platforms
- analyze and report on the effectiveness of eCommerce exclusive digital communication campaigns and making proper adjustments as needed
- develop and implement a comprehensive DTC strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- develop strategies to enhance the online customer journey for owned digital channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- implement and oversee loyalty programs, promotions and other initiatives to engage and retain customers
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce store, ensuring a seamless user experience
- collaborate with the product team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and that product listings are up-to-date and accurate
- implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value for eCommerce
- utilize eCommerce data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behaviour, website performance, and sales trends
- develop and manage the DTC budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- monitor and report on key financial metrics related to DTC
- lead, mentor, and develop the DTC team, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence and improve the collaboration with other departments including marketing, sales, and product management

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you
- have a university degree preferably with a focus on economy, eCommerce, DTC or Digital Communication
- already have several years of leadership experience in a comparable position and possess strong teamwork and leadership skills
- can demonstrate several years of professional experience in DTC and eCommerce as well as a profound know-how Digital Communication
- are characterized by strong communication skills and assertiveness
- are able to deal with complex and challenging situations in a goal-oriented and decisive manner
- have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
- convince with professional appearance, very good communication skills and trustworthiness
- have very good MS-Office skills
- have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality
