Project Management Coordinator (M/F/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Support the portfolio and project managers in administrative, organizational and commercial matters
- Implement and continuously improve project processes
- Work closely together with the portfolio manager to develop new project standards
- Support the portfolio and project management in monitoring and controlling (e.g. resource planning, regular updates of project plans and milestones, project reporting)
- Organize project meetings, videoconferences, workshops and trainings
- Create presentations for portfolio and project meetings and committees
- Provide meeting minutes, facilitate the preparation and wrap-up of project meetings
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, preferably with a focus on project and/or process management
- Ideally gained first project management experience
- Good MS Office Skills
- Talent for creating and designing presentations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with an open-minded personality and the ability to deal and communicate effectively with different cultures
- Proactive team player with a “can do” attitude and stress-resistance
- Structured and organized way of working; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
- Fluent in German or English (preferably both), any other language is an advantage
