With around 9,000 employees, AGRANA is the global leader in fruit preparations and also a major producer of fruit juice concentrates in Europe as well as being a key manufacturer of customised starch products and organic ethanol in its Starch segment. AGRANA is also one of today’s leading sugar companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our Corporate HR team in Vienna (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) in the following position:
Global HRIS Workday Technical Analyst (M/F/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HRIS team colleagues, global HR operations, and other key stakeholders in the continuous evaluation and evolution of Workday
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements and valuable solutions
- Manage the maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Workday reports and dashboards
- Implement data quality control mechanisms to ensure high standards of data accuracy in Workday
- Enhance and troubleshoot existing interfaces, coordinate and support the creation of new interfaces
- Support annual HCM processes (e.g. with EIB loads)
- Participate in the review, test and implementation of bi-annual Workday releases
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity
Your profile:
- University Degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable degree in e.g. Computer Science or Information Management
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT, HRIS and/or project management in an international context
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting is required, additional experience in Workday security and integrations is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Data-driven, detail-oriented personality
- Proactive, customer-oriented approach and a "can do" attitude
- Good time management skills and an ability to plan and conduct multiple projects and manage several priorities simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial but not required

- Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 31.661,14 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
