**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Mitwirkung und Koordination bei der strategischen Marketingplanung (Analyse, Templates, Workshops)
- Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen für Marketingbudgeteinsatz zur Vertriebs
- und Markenentwicklung ausgehend von datengetriebenen Analysen in Koordination mit den Länderorganisationen
- Laufendes Media mix-Monitoring und Koordination von Optimierungsmaßnahmen sowie Soll/Ist-Abgleich basierend auf der strategischen Marketingplanung
- Entwicklung von Synergien zwischen verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
- Beobachtung und Analyse von Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Marktveränderungen sowie Ableitung von Strategien zur Wettbewerbsdifferenzierung
- Vorbereitung von regelmäßigen Berichten für das Management sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen vor internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Teilprozesseigner*in und Ansprechpartner*in für die Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingprozesse

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer analytischen Rolle im Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Marketinganalyse, Business Intelligence oder Datenanalyse
- Technische Kompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Datenanalysewerkzeugen wie Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau oder anderen relevanten Tools
- Gute MS Office und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Teamspirit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Teams
