**About the Role**:
Your tasks will be managing the sales planning process of Austria and Switzerland in the area of key account management planning responsibility, hence, constantly analyzing and updating the sales forecast in order to improve the sales forecast accuracy and safeguard the optimal availability of goods.
- Short / Medium-Term-Perspective - Sales Planning: To ensure always the right baseline and activity forecast planning in order to optimize the sales forecast accuracy and improve the service level to our customers
- Long-Term-Perspective (S&OP-Planning): To ensure the availability of production capacities, raw
- and packaging materials
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for coordination and maintenance of key account management sales planning process according to the business strategy and marketing plan - standard business, promotions, seasonal business
- Sales Coordinator of planning processes with cross functional interaction between demand planning and sales department
- Responsible for timely and effectively organized activities in cooperation with demand planning and marketing departments
- Ad hoc analysis for Country Manager and Sales Director
**Who we are looking for**:
- Sales Planning experience (approx. 3 years) in FMCG industry as a plus
- Proficient in German and English
- oral and written
- Communication and strong analytical skills as well as communcation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g.Excel, Power Point)
- Background in forecasting and demand planning, either from sales or demand planning perspective
- Ability to work cross-functional
- Detail oriented, extremely accurate
- Understanding of commercial planning basics
