**Leadership Development Expert (f/m/x)**:

We are looking for a leadership enthusiast passionate about people and eager to drive lasting improvements in performance and organizational health and shape a state-of-the-art culture characterized by openness and trust.**As part of the Learning Strategy team, you will**
- design solutions translating the envisaged leadership culture into state-of-the-art leadership development-programs including in-person, online learning and coaching interventions
- run and continuously improve solutions supporting sustainable personal transformation
- facilitate events to build individual, team and business capability
- identify metrics to ensure programs are measured and yield the expected results
- ensure effective diversity, equity and inclusion practices and approaches are embedded in the leadership development philosophy
- Experience of delivering a successful leadership program in a similar enterprise size organization
- Understanding of team
- and organizational dynamics and interpersonal and facilitation skills to win teams and individuals for the change ahead
- Mature personality, able to provide sparring to leaders and ability to establish trustful relationships in all areas of the business and at all levels
- Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment
- Coaching education and certifications in psychometric assessments (e.g., MBTI, PCM) is a plus
- Team player, well-organized with an exceptional follow-through and supportive nature
