Omnichannel Leadership Expert

As our new Vice President Channel Management, you will be part of our B2C-Leadership-team and play a key role in bringing our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of around 30 people, shaping together with your team the channel strategy and developing a comprehensive omnichannel approach.
- Analyze channel performance with a focus on commercial and financial KPIs, and initiate improvement measures.
- Set targets, commissions, and incentives (including schemes) for the channels, while managing the corresponding budgets.
- Oversee product and business ownership of CRM, Sales, and Servicing tools; design and improve sales and servicing processes.
- Ensure product and campaign launches, manage communication to channels, and support B2C projects and processes.
- You have several years of leadership experience in the telecommunication industry.
- You are experienced in project and process management and have excellent communication skills.
- You can lead the transition from strategy to operational execution and engage all relevant stakeholders.
