Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As an Omnichannel Expert (M/F/d) (Digital Marketing Specialist) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of omni-channel strategies to maximize the impact of marketing & sales activities.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Co-creating, defining and translating the omni-channel strategy for selected Business units
- Collaborating with Brand Managers to evaluate market dynamics, asses the right channel mix, creating engaging content and implementing omnichannel marketing activities
- Connect with global colleagues and translate relevant digital content to fit with the local Austrian healthcare landscape
- Enabling new digital channels and projects based on marketing plans (webinars, apps, eServices, 3rd party cooperation)
- Interpreting data to evaluate the impact of the omni-channel mix and be capable of adapting to maximise reach, lead, business generation and sales
- Proactively identifying opportunities to implement digital content to promote key brands
- Training marketing & sales colleagues on digital capabilities to foster digital growth within the organization
- Elaborating growth strategies for the VIATRIS omni-channel network to ensure an increased customer reach
- Driving the digitization of the customer journey (i.e. look beyond sales) to strengthen customer relationships and enhance the customer experience

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing, Digital/Online Marketing or related areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Online Marketing or Growth Hacking
- Basic understanding of the Austrian healthcare environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Experience in Consumer Marketing / creative agency environment is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)

The gross annual salary is at least € 45.000.
