Project Manager Austria (M/F/d)

This is what you can look forward to:
The Project Manager Austria takes over the strategic and operational lead (incl. initialization, implementation, measuring) of specialized projects in close alliance and cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders based on the organization’s business strategies. The Project is accountable for defined projects.

In order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role. It is recommended not to list actual tasks but focus on 5-8 essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.
- Takes over responsibility of identifying, developing, and executing tailored projects to support business goals for all relevant target groups in alignment with Country Manager
- Makes a significant contribution to improving access to diagnosis, treatment and prevention in Austria through education and by executing relevant projects with internal and external stakeholders in overarching therapeutic areas (spanning the relevant therapeutic areas for the company)
- Makes a significant contribution to strengthen Pfizer Austria in our simplification efforts by being responsible for overarching projects to evaluate our country specific processes and suggest and implement solutions that simplify everyday work
- Makes a significant contribution to out Bold Move agenda by designing and executing relevant projects across the company that support our Purpose.
- Creation and expansion of cross-functional network to proactively engage needed Pfizer internal resources for projects
- Takes responsibility and accountability of projects in compliance with legal frameworks
- Knows and leverages interests and preferences of target groups regarding content and interaction channels and aligns them according to customer needs during project planning and execution
- Acts proactively and innovatively in an omnichannel approach
- Takes over full budget responsibility (for assigned projects)
- Understands and strictly follows all relevant regulations and guidelines

What you offer:

- Master’s degree in Business administration or adequate training
- min. 3 years of work experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- profound knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Austria
- Proven very high competence project management
- Extensive entrepreneurial thinking and personal responsibility
- works independently, results-oriented, responsible, and can convince with assertiveness and self-confidence
- High level of personal commitment and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in well-versed omnichannel interaction with customers - Hybrid
- Fluent written and spoken German
- (Very-) Good knowledge of English

The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 55.000 gross p.a./ full-time.
