**SALES TOOLS & PROCESS EXPERT / EMEA Region (f/m/d)**

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Proactive project and data management with our Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) for the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia)
- Lead
- and opportunity management together with the responsible Area Sales Managers
- Rollout and training of new sales tools and processes in cooperation with the Global Process and Project Organization (CRM, Configurator, PALDESK)
- Trend Scouting on the CRM Tools Market
- Process Expert for the PALFINGER EMEA CRM & Configurator Process
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Completed technical and/or economical education in the field of Sales & Processes
- Experience in B2B CRM Management
- Experience with CRM Tools and automated configurator solutions within the ordering process
- SAP Knowledge desirable
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Ability to put oneself in the position of our customer to understand their needs
- Fluent in English and German desirable

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 35.926,38 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
