Based on our SaaS platform, we create maximum flexibility through our 100% digitalized omni-channel payment solutions. As a fintech, we enable financial service providers to access the fast-growing BNPL market quickly and easily and thereby create the potential to acquire millions of new customers. In addition, OEMs and retailers can use new subscription models to generate recurring revenue, increase their repurchase rates and at the same time make a valuable contribution to the circular economy.

- cashpresso, a revolving credit product for Raiffeisen Bank International in Germany and Austria
- FINANCE A BIKE, an installment loan for VW Bank for more than 1,300 merchants in Germany
- The official Apple subscription program for merchants, e.g., Cyberport, Gravis, McSHARK in Germany and Austria
- An issuer-led BNPL solution, powered by VISA

**What you will do**:
As **Senior Product Owner**, you’ll take over operational responsibility for our product lifecycle and its profitability. You will also act as single point of contact and owner for your respective product(s) and their features.

**Your core responsibilities will be**:
- Definition and support of the development and maintenance of scalable buy now, pay later (BNPL) product solutions
- Regular review of product performance/profitability and competitive features
- Initiative of activities to improve and maintain high product quality and market competitiveness
- Responsibility for innovation and end-to-end launch of our BNPL products
- Collaboration with global commercial services partners and customers to develop roadmaps
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
- Continuous review of our business needs, refinement of priorities, outline milestones and deliverables
- Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization
- Develop, own, and execute a product roadmap
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for your assigned product(s)
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance

**What you’ll bring with you**:
- You’re a BNPL expert with experience in the area of banking and payment institutions
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
- High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, and real time alerts
- Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
