**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and project goals
- Create graphic designs and illustrations for various digital and print media, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual representation
- Develop and maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all design activities
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing materials, social media campaigns, websites, and other channels
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides to create layouts, graphics, and design elements that meet project requirements
- Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices through continuous research and professional development

***YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:

- Professional experience as a graphic designer, or in a similar role
- Passion for clear, purposeful and visually appealing graphic design, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in using Figma for layout and graphic design elements, as well as Google Slides (Experience in Webflow is a plus)
- Proficient in German and English

For this position, a minimum basic salary of between EUR 37.297,40 gross per year
applies for an employment level of 40 hours per week. Depending on qualifications and experience, there
