**About Exscientia**:
**As the Validation R&D Research Associate you will have the opportunity to**:

- **Contribute to the design and further optimize workflows within the Validation R&D Vienna team using cell & molecular biology techniques**:

- **Support and work within an highly motivated and talented, international and multidisciplinary team to make better drugs for right patients faster**:

- **Establish documents and protocols to ensure reproducibility and experiment documentation according to Exscientia’s Quality Management System and Good Documentation Practice**

**Requirements**:

- BSc or MSc in biomedical sciences (molecular biology, biochemistry or similar)
- At least 2 years of prior experience in industry or a quality managed academic environment
- Experience with common molecular biology techniques including
- Cell culture
- Flow cytometry
- DNA / RNA prep
- (Fluorescence) microscopy
- Molecular biology techniques
- Experience with handling and working with primary human tissues is an advantage
- Experience in working under good laboratory practice (GLP) and good documentation practice (GDP) guidelines is a bonus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are a diligent and reliable collaborator with attention to detail and a good team player

**Benefits**

A highly competitive compensation package in accordance with the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, starting from a minimum of 43.000,-€ gross per year. We will negotiate an attractive package and overpayment based on your background and previous work experience.
