Senior Manager Test Development

As our new
**Senior Manager Test Development **, you'll be the glue that holds our team of 10+ experts together, ensuring that our development roadmap is on track for success. As a member of a multi-site management team you will participate in strategy discussion and help the organization to achieve its ambitions targets.
This role will challenge you from managing to technical skills, from out-of-the-box-thinking to following established processes.
**What You Will Do
- Analyze the **RnD development roadmap **and define the **required head count and bandwidth needs **for the upcoming projects
- Review the **status of the running projects **and ensure **execution of work packages **and activities **according to compliance
- Deploy methodologies **and guidelines **in the development teams for Test Engineering;
Define and introduce **improvements to the development and decision processes **to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively identify **technical improvement opportunities **and drive the **according alignment **between the involved functional groups
- Promote **team development **including **hiring **, **goal setting and training**

**Who You Are**
An Electronic Team Lead With:
- **Several years of experience **in **managing teams of 10+ people**:
- A degree in **Computer Science **, **Information Technology **, or a related field
- Experience with **ATE test engineering**
- **Fluent English skills **. German skills are a plus
Beneficial skills:
- Experience with modular **SW architecture **and **SW engineering**:
- Good communication and presentation skills
