Your new adventure

Carrying out monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees and ensuring correct and punctual payment

Processing all payroll-relevant data in SAP (e.g. extra payments, leave, etc.) and entering and checking data in SAP

Preparing declarations for tax and social security data as well as preparing and submitting reports to the social security authorities (e.g. registering new employees)

Editing time recordings and carrying out SOX/FIC checks

Processing inquiries and advising employees and managers on employment and social security law issues

Your experiences and skills

Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK) with at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting (white and blue collar), preferably in an international industrial group

Knowledge of Austrian labor, social and tax law, completed training as a payroll accountant (alternatively same qualification by proven professional experiences)

Experience in dealing with operational HR issues, in particular payroll topics and HR services in a matrix organization

Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

Good SAP HR knowledge desirable and experience in the implementation of SOX & FIC controls an advantage

Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

Structured, precise, and meticulous working style with an affinity for numbers and an interest in legal topics

Open and responsible personality with team-oriented thinking and acting

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50,286.18 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
