**Job Purpose:
You will be working very closely with the A1 Digital CEO and Group CFO and be part of the A1 Digital Leadership Team. You will be managing a Finance Sector with 15 employees in 3 countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). With significant levels of autonomy, this role would suit a self-motivated and commercially astute individual. Given the specific of the business, we are looking for someone who can get their hands dirty as opposed to being a purely strategic operator.

**What you do**:

- Responsible for end-to-end leadership of the finance function, including full P&L accountability
- Overseeing operations in A1 Digital including: Finance Department (Accounting & SOX), Controlling, Revenue Assurance, Customer Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain /Logistics, and Internal Audit
- Create a strong financial control framework to minimize risk and utilize working capital in the best way
- Full oversight of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles within the organization
- Communicate effectively as a key member of the senior leadership team
- Cultivate strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Help to assess and evaluate strategic growth opportunities for the business
- Commercial and financial analysis to the Board
- Manage all financial control, cashflow, banking, and balance sheet.
- Manage expenditures, prevent costs from getting out of hand, and help ensure that the company stays solvent
- Adhere to group and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and ensuring accurate, timely and clear business and financial reporting to the shareholder.
- Ensure the business is fully compliant with all technical / regulatory reporting standards and that accurate year-end financial accounts are completed
- Utilize available data to push data driven decision making and help navigate the business
- Streamlining finance systems and implementation of new systems within the business

**What you offer**:

- You have strong 10+ years of experience in a finance management role
- An undergraduate degree
- Tech abilities: strong understanding of technology, pursuing process automation and digitalization; and focus on upgrading the finance system from a reporting, controllership, and data perspective
- You bring excellent expertise covering the whole finance and operations area (accounting, controlling, purchasing/negotiations, logistics, liquidity management, compliance)
- You have a strong business understanding and strategic mindset with the ability to influence company profitability
- Business mindset with credibility and track record of influencing at Board level
- Proven leadership skills both within and outside of finance, with the ability to be hands on where necessary
- Your attitude is positive and solution oriented
- Track record of building and leading high-performance teams
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English are mandatory

**What makes you unique**:

- Prior experience as Finance Director or CFO preferably in a technology, production and/or B2C/B2B related business
- an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 62.188,98. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
