AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Excellence Manager (global) (f/m/d).

In this role, you will strategically advance and lead Sales Excellence initiatives, introduce innovative methodology in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD) that will support our ambitious global sales teams.

**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**:

- Build a high-performance sales culture and set high standards of Sales Force Effectiveness
- Co-develop new sales strategies in cross-functional collaboration with HQ and country teams
- Provide strategic country guidance to advance sales execution with frameworks, tools, and processes
- Facilitate best sales practices sharing and drive adoption across country teams
- Evolve sales competencies including competitive selling, and account management
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve meeting customer needs
- Analyze optimal resource utilization and execution tracking
- Support launch readiness in the sales organization
- Develop and implement a global sales training program

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in the industry, specifically in sales, sales training, Sales Force Excellence
- Track record of delivering highly successful sales performance, experience in strategic sales planning
- Good understanding of marketing, market access and medical affairs
- Excellent project/process management skills
- Good understanding of market research methods and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and persuasion
- Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration
- University Degree (Science, preferred, Economics); MBA is desirable
- English fluent spoken & written, other European languages are an advantage
