**What you will do?**:

- **Assume end-to-end responsibility for Applications and their lifecycle Management.**
- **Processes & Documentation**

**Who you are**:

- Strong experience in IT project management and background in IT Engineering; good commercial awareness and experience communicating with Vendors
- Strong understanding of concepts and procedures in IT (lifecycle) management; experience or certification with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
- Experience with technical writing/documentation and process management
- Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
- Excellent ability to coordinate complex projects between various Departments, internal/external Stakeholders, Teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
