Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.**Your Responsibilities**:

- Driving the overall evolution of Kapsch’s Salesforce global instance, in collaboration with the business owner
- Structure and manage the technical design process of new required business needs
- Control the monthly new feature release cycle
- Overseeing requirement capture, prioritization, testing, communications and deployment
- Making sure that the solution is correctly documented
- Prime the commercial relationship with the Salesforce SaaS company, including license management and renewals

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of Salesforce Opportunity, Leads and Campaign and Surveys modules
- Ability to technically configure and set-up Salesforce: overall settings, workflows, objects, validation rules
- Know-how to plan and manage global monthly software releases, using Agile philosophy
- Able to define and lead a global support team based across multiple time zones
- Competence to work collaboratively with other technical teams to optimize the technical architecture.
