We are seeking a (**Senior) Marketing Designer **(full-time) to join our team in Vienna.

**The Opportunity**:
Our Senior Marketing Designer will work within the Marketing Team to conceptualize and create engaging design solutions that meet our marketing and business needs. You will be part of the overarching Design Team to bring your in-depth knowledge of digital design to TourRadar. You will work with two other marketing designers in an agile environment to deliver campaigns, creatives, decks, etc. that are on target, on deadline and on brief.

We offer a hybrid system of working: remotely and from the office. The team culture is one of sharing and uplifting each other where we celebrate wins and learn from each other's mistakes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to leverage conceptual and creative thinking, and visual storytelling to solve complex business and design problems
- Craft compelling design print and digital solutions that always keep the customer in mind and conveys the right message across all media platforms
- Be an ambassador and advocate of our brand to maintain consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Contribute to and keep our design assets and files up-to-date with the help of documentation
- Present your work and solutions to stakeholders company-wide in a clear and confident way
- Be forward thinking and take initiative in identifying areas in the creative process and deliverables that could be improved on
- Provide and receive constructive design feedback to/from your fellow team members in order to keep the design standards to a high quality
- Build and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies by offering constructive feedback that results in creative executions of a high quality

**Who you are**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing design or related field
- You exhibit expertise in typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy with the ability to define and build a brand
- You are collaborative—you work with designers and the wider brand and marketing team to design collateral that helps align with the business goals and represent the company brand
- An independent worker that takes initiative, prioritizes and has the drive to get things done while at the same time being a team player
- You have your finger on the pulse on the latest trends and design innovations to stay up to date in the ever changing world of design
- A high level of skill when it comes to Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- You are fluent in English, both in written and spoken form

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Asana, Miro, Google Suite or similar tools
- Experience with motion design
- An understanding of Google Analytics or data
