Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Manager for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Linz. The client is focused on supplying surgical tools and services that save time, effort and money.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and/or contribute to projects in the field of novelty and effectiveness improvement.
- Accountable for the QM procedures such as CAPA, change control, aberration management, etc.
- You will cooperate with the formation and development of the quality management system.
- Assist throughout audits and inspections by authorities.
- Offer KPI documents for the site management.
- You will train personnel to guarantee process quality.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical-connected discipline such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience within a similar role.
- A high level of initiative and quality consciousness.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work cross functionally and across country teams.
- Fluency in both the English and German languages.
