**Your Challenge**
We are one of the leading manufacturers of plastic packaging in Europe and are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional as International Sales Director (all genders) to drive the strategic direction and growth of our global sales. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our international sales activities in the assigned region (DACH, Italy and France). These are your main tasks:

- Strategic direction: you will develop a clear sales strategy that supports our global business objectives. You will take into account the specific requirements of the various markets.
- Market development: Together with your team, you will identify new markets and opportunities for our product portfolio. You will work closely with Business Development and Key Account Management and build relationships with potential customers.
- Sales growth and profitability: You will set ambitious sales targets and monitor profitability. You will work closely with the local sales teams to increase performance through sparring.
- Key account management: You will personally look after our most important customers and ensure that their requirements are met. You maintain an overview of contract negotiations and strategic issues.
- Team leadership and development: You act as a role model and motivate and coach your international sales team. You promote individual development and ensure a strong team dynamic.

**Your profile**
- Experience: You have several years of experience in international sales and can look back on a number of sales successes.
- Team leadership: Ideally, you have experience in a managerial position. In any case, you see yourself as a team leader at eye level.
- Strategic thinking: You can develop and implement complex business strategies and use your analytical skills to ensure efficient monitoring.
- Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and convincingly at an international level (German and English).
- Willingness to travel: International travel is a matter of course for you. You can be found at our Corporate Center in Sattledt at least once a week.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 125,000 plus company car, attractive bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
