**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie
- Instandhaltung & Wartung (Front
- und Backend) über Systeme (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, GDS, OTA’s,) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Reservations
- Monitoring der Systeme u.a. in Bezug auf die Ratenparitäten in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Outsourcing Revenue Management Partner
- Umsetzung der Preis
- und Angebotsstrategie auf Booking Engine, div. Channels und OTAs
- Impuls-Setzung für Prozessoptimierungen
- Externe Kommunikation mit unseren Online-Vertriebspartnern zur optimalen Umsetzung und Optimierung
- Performance & Markt Analyse sowie Auswertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Revenue Management Partner
- Aufbereitung der Analysen zur gemeinsamen Umsetzung mit dem Business Development Team
- Reporting an die Director of Sales

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung in der Hotellerie (Rezeption bzw. Reservierung & Revenue)
- Zu Ihren Stärken gehören gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Revenue
- und Hotelsoftwares runden Ihr Profil ab (Kenntnisse mit PMS OPERA und OPERA CLOUD, Systeme von Amadeus, Channel Manager & Booking Engine von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Usability und Affinität zu KI sowie digitalen Systemen
- Begeisterung für digitale Entwicklungen, Zahlenaffinität und hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, und Flexibilität gehören zu Ihren Stärken
- Organisationstalent, Liebe zur Genauigkeit, Hands-On Mentalität
- Gute Kenntnisse MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Wir bieten**:
GEHALT: ab € 2.500;
- brutto, auf Basis Vollzeit - Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung nach Qualifikation.
