**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Führung, Betreuung und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter und Arbeitsabläufe in der Zentralen Reservierung in Kooperation mit dem Director of Reservations
- Durchsetzung und Kontrolle der vorgegeben Standards und Zielvorgaben
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen aller Marktsegmente für unsere fünf Hotels
- Aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte unter der Gewährleistung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Strategie, sowie Verkauf höherer Zimmerkategorien
- Wesentlicher Beitrag zur Gästezufriedenheit und optimale Betreuung und Bindung unserer Kunden, sowie professionelles Beschwerdemanagement
- Mitverantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung der Häuser
- Mitarbeiter-Coaching und Durchführung von Schulungen

**Dein Profil**:

- Führungserfahrung in der Hotellerie bzw. im Dienstleistungsbereich
- OPERA (PMS) sowie Microsoft Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
- Verantwortungs
- und Kostenbewusstsein
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
