- GLOBAL COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST (F/M/X)
- POSSIBLE IN OUR WORLDWIDE LOCATIONS IN EUROPE, AMERICA AND ASIA
- PARTLY REMOTE- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively work in a small global team, among other topics, supporting the roll-out of the C&B module within our new HR Software Workday, in close collaboration within the entire HR community
- Take care for myHR Workday compensation-related configurations as well as compensation benchmarking for more than 30 countries including the maintenance of data (e.g. salary bands) within the HR software as well as reporting
- Train and provide 2nd level support for advanced compensation related topics within the HR organization as well as advise locations to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations and support the locations with automized EIB-file loads
- Conduct the annual bonus process, merit increases etc. in our HR Software Workday
- Take care about survey industry trends. Completing compensation and benefit surveys, global job descriptions etc.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed studies with multi-annual relevant work experience in HR in an international industrial company
- Competences in project management as well a in process management
- Software experience with Workday advantageous

- € 30,086 per year for this post.
- We are, of course, prepared to remunerate you above this level, depending on your experience and qualifications. The actual salary will be determined in discussion with you.
